Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

At Sunlife Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in accordance with Qatar’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations.

2. Return Timeline

  • Medicines: Must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Healthcare & General Products: Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective Items: Eligible for a full refund or exchange if they do not meet standard specifications.

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • A valid original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items must be in a condition that allows for resale.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following cannot be returned unless they are defective or delivered in error:

  • Baby milk and food products.
  • Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive medications (e.g., Insulin).
  • Personal care or intimate wear (e.g., supports, socks).
  • Hygiene products, used medical devices, or opened cosmetics.

5. Refund Process

  • Cash Payments: Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be issued in cash.
  • Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card and may take up to 14–15 business days depending on your bank.
  • Shipping Fees: Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once your return request is approved, our team will contact you to confirm the next steps and inform you whether the return will be handled through a driver pickup or by visiting your nearest Sunlife Pharmacy branch.
