Enoxamed 8000 IU (80mg/0.8ml) contains enoxaparin, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) given by subcutaneous injection to help prevent and treat blood clots. It is commonly prescribed to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after surgery or during periods of reduced mobility, to treat DVT and pulmonary embolism (PE), and as part of treatment for acute coronary syndromes. Each pack contains 2 pre-filled syringes.

Enoxamed is a prescription-only medicine administered by injection and significantly increases the risk of bleeding — it must only be used exactly as directed by a doctor or nurse. Tell your doctor if you have any bleeding disorder, kidney problems, or are taking other blood-thinning medicines.
